The latest J.D. Power and Associates satisfaction survey on smartphones ranked HTC in the middle (it didn't do as well as Apple). It was better than some, but LG and Samsung ranked higher than HTC. Seems to suggest that Taiwan is still lagging a bit behind Korea.
